- Where can I find an UghWear store?
Duh....we are just starting out, for now it's the family mini van! We will let you know where and when on our web site.
- How can I order from UghWear ?
Right now there are two easy ways to order products. First you can browse through the UghWear web site and select those items you would like to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart.
Secondly, you can simply call 978-828-9441 or 978-528-3684 and place your order with one of our customer sales representatives.
- After I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?
Well, if you're my neighbor, you'll get it same day! However, it will generally be 5-7 business days. Unless you absolutely "Gotta have your Ugh" then call us for Express Delivery.
- How do I know that UghWear received my order ?
After you proceed to check out and submit your order through PayPal you will receive a confirmation by email with a receipt of your payment. The payment will appear on your credit card as UGHWEAR. In order to complete your order you must fill in all required fields otherwise you will be directed back to fill in those fields. If you have any questions about your order Email Us or call 978-828-9441 or 978-528-3684 between 8 am and 8 pm (EST), Monday - Friday so that we may answer any questions about your order.
- What is UghWear's Return and Exchange Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it in new condition, for an exchange or refund. (Shipping and handling are not refundable) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Send package securely wrapped, pre-paid. Please indicate your reason for returning. - When does Sales Tax get charged?
State laws require us to collect sales tax from residents who live in states where we have established offices. At the moment we are located in Massachusetts where there is no sales tax on clothing. Updates will be added to our web site as we expand our company.

We ship orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Up to $25.00 = $4.95 Shipping cost
$25.01 - $50.00 = $6.95
$50.01 - $75.00 = $8.95
$75.01 - $100 = $10.95
Over $100.01 = $12.95
Express Delivery (continental US only) There is a $7.50 additional charge for each delivery address. (2-3 business days) All Express Deliveries must be phoned into UghWear at 978-828-9441 or 978-528-3684 between 8 am and 8 pm (EST), Monday through Friday.
International Delivery Call or Email Us for shipping costs and to place an International order. Customer is responsible for all duties and tariffs.
- Shipping to Multiple Addresses
A separate order must be placed for each address to be shipped to within the United States.
